Hike: Rocky Run Loop
👣 Hike of the Week 🥾
Send in your recs and photos! (details below)

Rocky Run Loop
📍Rocky Run Loop, starts near Brandywine Creek and Thompsons Bridge Rd (Google Maps parking, AllTrails route information)
👣 Dirt with some roots and rocks, well-maintained (first part of the trail is paved)
💚 This is a nice addition to the Brandywine Creek trails and part of Brandywine Creek State Park. There is ample parking, though there’s a fee to park as part of the Delaware State Parks. The trail is of moderate difficulty and mostly through a woodland area. I recommend hiking boots if it’s been wet.
Details to send in your recommendations and photos!
I’d love to get your recommendations and see photos of your hikes around the Brandywine Valley (or anything within about 60 minutes or so of Chadds Ford). If you’re willing to share your ideas and/or photos, reply to this newsletter to email them to me ([email protected]). If you send along photos, I’ll assume you’re ok with me sharing them in this newsletter unless you say otherwise. Thank you!!
