🌮 Tacos, chips and guac, and a sweet churro to finish the meal? Count me in.

Last week, Taco Mar opened its fourth location in Chadds Ford. It’s technically in Concord Township, but the address is Chadds Ford. It’s between Brusters and Goodwill on Route 202 if you haven’t seen the signs yet.

I popped in to check it out last Friday and thought it was great. Good enough, in fact, to go back the next day. Between the two meals, my family and I tried the chicken tacos, the beef fajitas, a couple of burritos, the chips and guac, and the churros. You can’t leave a Mexican restaurant without eating the churros… duh. My not-fancy palate loved everything. My son already wants to go back.

It’s a casual joint. You can order at the counter or sit down at the table and order on your phone using a QR code. In either case, they bring your food to the table in about 10 minutes.

One thing to note: their online menu includes more options than the ones shown on the menu boards above the ordering counter. Be sure to check their menu online if you want the full suite of options.

The food was solid, and the portion sizes were reasonable. Next time you’re in the mood for Mexican, go check it out! I think you’ll love it. And if you’re wondering how it compares to the big dog, Chipotle, it is unquestionably better.
